When can we expect an update for the new world, the new class and the Hellevator?

Unfortunately Robin has been inactive for over 2 weeks and we don't know when she will return. Unfortunately we have to wait for an update and we don't know how long. Robin was last available on November 02. We have already written to quite a few people about this, but unfortunately there is a lot of silence. We hope for the best until then unfortunately we can only wait.
