I got some older account (should be some months by now)
And the try to pull account information via the SSO-Account Import or trying to log in already existing chars does not work.
The account isn't banned or anything and no 2fa active..
I hope i can help out in any way.

a solution from that user helped to see it again. so i guess some changes happened
