Sleep cycle not working as desired

In my configuration under city, the cityguard setting is not respected by the bot.
I have "enable city guard if all quests are done" checked and between 00:15:00 and 23:59:00 to not risk the midnight reset bug.
Then I have set it to occur every 4 hours.

Under Tavern, I have check-marked "Enable quests" and set "No quests before" 18:00:00. Just to have a backup in case I cannot do the quests manually before.

My expectation is that the bot starts a new city guard cycle every 4 hours (unless active questing) for 4 hours.

What I observe however, is that cityguard is started for 10 hours at night, when it starts after 23. Also, when started in the evening, it wants to end before 23:59

Is there something I can change in my setting to achieve the desired sleep-cycle? I sometimes would like to do my thirst in the morning, but I dont want to stop a 10 hour guard duty and lose all the gold.
