Idle time before start questing

Is there a way to configure the bot, so it doesn't waste time doing nothing prior to questing?
Example: I configure the bot to not start questing until 10AM. My city guard ends at 09:35. Then I lose 25 minutes of doing something... In this case, I would prefer being able to do another hour of city guard.

Currently, the bot would start another cityguard if the last cityguard would have ended at 09:30. As the last one ended at 09:35 it is less han 30 minutes until the quest so the Bot does not work again.

Thank you for the clear answer. Would be nice with a checkflag or something, so it could be made configurable. I wouldnt mind starting 59 minutes later, if I could get more city guard gold in total
