Upon changing the language, the accounts don't start automatically, and the stopping accounts message does not disappear until the bot is closed. Restarting the bot fixes the issue, until the language is changed again.

If someone has been demoted from officer to regular member, the bot will show that the user has been promoted to an officer. I tried it with the German version as well, and it has the same issue.
