Just a hint. If you run your bot on a server machine that runs 24/7 and would like an easy remote access to it from your iOS/Android device I recommend using free software /app called TeamViewer that allows you to remote control any windows device. Been using it for months now, it's simple and works great!

maybe the seperate control app is easier to use, you won't have to simulate mouse or keyboard events, you will have a clear interface.
But of course this is a subjective thing

First things first: Yes, it is possible.
But what if you have no fast internet connection? as TeamViewer has to submit the Screen it needs a fair share of network traffic.
And secondly if you have no GUi at all? in this case TeamViewer is not possible. The App works via Webservice connections and has no such restrictions.
