Time range for Arena fights

I would like being able to set a time range for when Arena fights are conducted.
Default, they start at 00.00 and continue each xx minutes until 10 wins. This is like two hours if you win them all. Would be good to be able to push Arena fights to daytime, without having to disable everything (collection and cityguard)
