now I have 86% progress compared to already collected runes, why bot does not sacrifice?

Because the Bot will sacrifice once he reaches your amount of current runes +70% e.g. you have 1000 runes the bot will sacrifice once that action will bring you additionally 1700 runes.
You will then have 2700 runes and yes if you ask me that is not 70% growth compared to my current runes but 170% growth compared to the current runes.
Apparently they will look into it again because you and I aren't the only ones confused.

Okay, that´s strange, we´ll look into it...
Tooltip of first checkbox: "Increases indirectly the number of requests (build commands) because the available money is spent slower.
Attention! This not only increases the load on bot and the game server extensively, it also is more conspicuous (thus: increasing the risk of being detected) than having the setting disabled, because this does not really match human behavior."

This is for the number in the bottom: "Limits the maximum building commands per cycle. Otherwise a normal cycle time can´t be maintained, which would result in everything else waiting."

And this for the min/max: "Reduces the frequency of building. As a result, performance improves and behavior is more human."

Thank you for the tooltips, but unfortunately it didn't help me much, it still sounds very mysterious.
BTW version 5.2.1 still doesn't work properly sacrifice %
