Can you start running the bot (or logging to an account) at a specific hours? (e.g. from 11am to 2pm, and then 5pm to 7pm)

You can use the sleep hours.
But this is just a connected block not 2 blocks

The point is not only to put this running in two blocks but to create a schedule of several blocks for an indefinite future.
