this is the level 16 acccount and there is no countdown
but on my second acount level 236 there is a countdown

What is your level 16 character doing right now? Questing, city guard?

Of course your 236 character does have a countdown because he already obtained the mirror which your level 16 character does not have. So if you are on city guard the bot can't enter arena and therefore you have no countdown.

Is there anything shown in the logs? Did you try to uncheck the "calculate chance of winning" option?

and dugeons arent starting too
