Add polish to mfbot please ~Poland guy

If I remember correctly there was already some polish guy who wanted to translate the bot to polish. So I hope we can offer polisch language soon.

Yeah guess who I dont want to announce anything but Robin is not responding.

I'm not responding as long as the language isn't adjusted, which it is not as long as I have not enough time - but maybe this weekend!
But it will be available for next version
