Your crash is already described in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=37&t=1749
As Baaam mentioned, the cause of the crash is the achievement update. Please wait until eu-police is able to fix this error.

Just download the newest update, eu-police already fixed that bug

im still have a problem with "Program has stopped working" Win 7 32bit version 3.06.2017

No, at this time there isn't any available and there probably won't be a source code because it went much effort into the CrawlerNG (especially into request encryption and the analysis of the data). If you want more options, it would be good if you post your requests here and maybe eu-police will implement your wishes.
