Please explain how Save gold works and how it works with Keep min gold,
is building in the fortress available with these options?

Hey there,

"save gold" lets you save gold for actions that would exceed the amount of gold that you'd like to keep (= "Keep min. X gold"). And you can't exclude the fortress from these options.
