No upgrading buildings

Despite the setting above none of the upgrading buildings in underground are being done, why?

Hi kom,
I can't see the levels of your buildings, but the bot will try to upgrade your buildings sorted by the lowest level and then the lowest building cost - it might be that the necessary conditions for the building the bot wants to upgrade are not satisfied yet.
