Actually, this is already a setting, have a look on the "Deferred request" node of the global settings (in the advanced settings mode) and you should be able to see a "Relog waiting time".
That the bot seems to log out users unnecessary often in the first place however seems to be a current bug, see viewtopic.php?f=40&t=2477
